Making it a habit to accurately chew your food and not to rush when feeding.
After eating your dinner, take a short stroll or rest for a bit. It is not ideal for your general well-being to lie down directly after eating meals.
Adjust your sleeping stance and attempt to lift your bed’s head up. This would keep the body in a safe condition to keep the acidity down.
